Top 10 Instagrams from back to school at U of T

Thumbs were wagging last week as a new crop of 14,000 joining the University of Toronto's student base demonstrated their back-to-school excitement via mobile phone Tweets, Facebook status updates and other social media shares. But it was Instagram that hosted the liveliest and most stylish collection of student-submitted orientation moments. 

Hundreds of Instagrams tagged with #UofT poured in over orientation week and the first week of classes, showcasing amazing school spirit and U of T pride. And since the smartphone application added short videos to its spread of features in June, the cheers, songs and dances of back to school captured below can be brought to life with a click of the triangular "play" button in the top right-hand corner.
