Expense Report

NOTE: This Expense Report form is compatible with the Harmonized Sales Tax that came into effect on July 1, 2010. Please use this form for your expense report submissions beginning July 1, 2010.

For expenses that are only subject to GST please put the amount of GST paid in the GST column. This includes expense claims prior to July 1, 2010 and expenses after July 1, 2010 on which only GST applies (purchases of books for example). For all other expenses, put the amount of HST paid in the HST column. The University is entitled to recover 67% of the 5% GST paid and 78% of the 8% Ontario portion of HST.

Academic Retiree Centre at University of Toronto

The Academic Retiree Centre (ARC) at UofT is a shared space on St. George campus, open 9-5 from Monday to Friday.  ARC provides a base for retired faculty, librarians and senior administrators where they can continue their connection with and service to the university and carry on their scholarly and professional activities. The centre is governed by a Board of Management chaired by Edith Hillan, Vice-Provost, Faculty and Academic Life, and co-chaired by Peter Russell.
