Claim or coverage inquiries? Please call Green Shield directly at 1-888-711-1119 and simply give them your identification number:  UTG +your student number –00. If you were not enrolled in the GSU health plan last year, coverage inquiries prior to November 1 (during the ‘black out’ period before the finalisation of the registration list) should be made to the National Student Health Network at 1-877-468-0668.

We do not provide Green Shield with your birthdate. Please use 1/1/60, the generic date they have given our students.
