We continue to work within our group and with our security group to eliminate the lockouts at the source and will advise you when we have more information. Until then, please try to assist users to restore remote access. We are compiling a list of users that have Remote Desktop access to UTORcsi machines and we will be sending an email to them directly to try to communicate the change to them before they need access remotely.
