Departments at the University are responsible for recruiting their own IT staff as required. However, many departments that need IT staff find that they lack the technical expertise to adequately review candidates during the hiring process. Some departments with technical expertise appreciate having the perspective of another technically knowledgeable individual during the interview. Senior WTS staff are available to assist departments during the recruitment phase.

In addition to helping with the recruitment process, WTS is available to help departments determine their support requirements. Through our involvement with the Business Application Resources Centre, we are able to offer a comprehensive review, which can include custom application development and support, server hosting, and PC support.
