University of Toronto Urban International (UTUI) was established at the university's Centre for Urban and Community Studies in response to a growing demand for urban advice both locally and internationally. Through its international projects, UTUI is building important links with public and private sector institutions involved in urban development, while facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences between Canadian and international professionals.
