In the Innis Cafe: "1001 Nights of Storytelling." Every Friday night since 1978, storytellers and listeners have been gathering in downtown Toronto for an open evening of oral stories. Some nice old-fashioned intrigue here as Ladd tries to get even when his buddy's bumped off. Compact and satisfying, with the lovely Gail not quite the girl she seems to be. Followed By: AN AFFAIR IN TRINIDAD (1952, 98 Minutes) Director: Vincent Sherman; Starring: Rita Hayworth, Glenn Ford, Alexander Scourby. Intrigue and romance in the tropics with Rita cast as a valuable pawn in the deadly game of espionage. Ford gets involved in the murky doings while Rita sings and dances beautifully.
