EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT

In the Innis Cafe: "1001 Nights of Storytelling." Every Friday night since 1978, storytellers and listeners have been gathering in downtown Toronto for an open evening of oral stories. Thursday February 7

Doc Out in partnership with CINSSU presents a screening of Call Me Kuchu on Thursday February 7th at 7pm. A panel of special guests moderated by Andrea Houston, news reporter for Extra will follow the screening. This is a pay what you can event with proceeds going to Amnesty International Canada. Friday February 8

CINSSU presents a Free Friday FIlm screening of David Lynch's Fire Walk With Me on Friday February 8th at 7pm. Saturday February 9

Cinéfranco and Le Centre Francophone present a screening of Zarafa A Rémi Bezançon and Jean-Christophe Lie animation film Saturday, February 9 at 2:00pm. Admission is $5 per child with free admission for adults accompanying the children. Please visit here for further details.

 

Monday February 11

The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education presents a screening of Africa United in celebration of Black History Month. The screening is free of charge and begins at 7pm on Monday February 11. For further event details please visit here.

CERES presents a screening of Firecrosser on Thursday February 14th at 6pm. A discussion will take place after the screening. This event is co-sponsored by the Petro Jacyk Program, the Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, Canadian Foundation for Ukrainian Studies, Kontakt Ukrainian Television Network, and the Ukrainian Film Club, Columbia University.
