EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT

In the Innis Cafe: "1001 Nights of Storytelling." Every Friday night since 1978, storytellers and listeners have been gathering in downtown Toronto for an open evening of oral stories. The Munk School of Global Affairs, the Asian Institute, and the Cinema Studies Institute at the University of Toronto, CINSSU, the Dr. David Chu program in Asia Pacific Studies and the East Asia Seminar Series present a panel discussion and screening of The Warriors of the Rainbow. Panelists include Colin Geddes (TIFF Midnight Madness Programmer) Scott Simon (Professor of Sociology and Anthropology, University of Ottawa) Bart Testa (Professor of Cinema Studies, University of Toronto).
