Dear Graduand of November 2009,
Congratulations on the successful completion of your undergraduate degree. I am pleased to extend an invitation to you to attend your Graduation Exercises on Monday, November 9th.
You and your parents and family are invited to attend the Baccalaureate Mass at 2:00 p.m. in St. Basil’s Church. For our graduands this has become a very popular tradition at St. Michael’s. The Academic Procession for Mass will assemble in front of Brennan Hall, south entrance, at 1:30 p.m.
Following the Baccalaureate Mass, St. Michael’s College will host a Reception for you and your guests in Father Madden Hall, 100 St. Joseph Street; at approximately 3:00 p.m. Awards to the graduates will be presented in the Lounge at 3:15 pm.
Graduands are expected to wear gowns for the Mass. Reserve your Academic Regalia at www.convocation.utoronto.ca/preparing/regalia.htm.
Degrees will be conferred in Convocation Hall at 6:00 p.m. The Convocation procession will begin in the marshalling rooms in University College and you are required to be there at 4:45 p.m.
