Drawing on knowledge gleaned from innovative First Nations’ leadership in communities that have undertaken different models of economic development, as well as studies of the determinants of economic success in Indigenous communities, the First Session will address efforts to increase Aboriginal participation in a market-based economy free from colonial relations.
