Electrical Safety for Maintenance Staff

Objective:To provide maintenance staff with oral and written instruction on the fundamentals of Electrical Safety in the maintenance environment.

Target Audience:Workers and supervisors of workers who may be exposed to electrical hazards during the course of their work.

Duration: 4 hours

  • Physical effects of Electrical Shock
  • Creating a Safe Work Environment
  • Electrical accidents
  • Requirements of the Ontario Electric Safety Code
