General Information on Rounds

Time and Place
RRR will take place on the first and fourth Friday of each month during the academic year, from Sept to June, and from 8:00-9:00 at TGH Ground Floor Medical Education Conference Room 025/026. Coffee will be available from 7:30-8:00. Rounds can be videoconferenced and webcast to other centers in the Toronto region and beyond, if you wish to have your centre video connected please contact Rhiannon.davies@utoronto.ca, or visit the OTN.ca website to sign-up.

Format
The rounds should generally provide an up-to-date overview on a specific area (40 minutes) and discussion (20 minutes). The format should follow the current principles of adult learning that include audience participation and opportunities for discussion and debate.

Objectives of the rounds
Expose our faculty and trainees to lung-related research being conducted in Toronto and beyond.
Give members of the Division an opportunity to interact and initiate collaborations

Target Audience
Members of the Respirology Community including academic and community Respirologists, Respirology trainees, Allied Health Providers and other interested individuals.
