Objectives
of Rounds
Respirology
Grand Rounds (RGR) should provide an opportunity for members of the Respirology
Community to interact with recognized experts in order to explore the clinical
relevance of current research in an environment that is conducive to learning
through discussion and exchange of ideas. Timing
RDR
will take place generally on the third Friday of each month from 8:00-9:00 at
Women’s College Hospital, 76 Grenville Street, Respirology Unit, 6th
floor conference room. Breakfast will be available from 7:30-8:00. Rounds can
be videoconferenced to other centers in the Toronto region and beyond. Format
The

minutes) and discussion (20 minutes). The format should follow the current principles
of adult learning that include a case-based approach, audience participation and
opportunities for discussion and debate.
Target
Audience

of the Respirology Community including academic and community Respirologists,
