PROFILES
All of the profiles include instructions for scoring
and administering the questionnaires. Please note, however, that
permission to copy and use the instruments for research purposes
must be purchased at the following rates:
permission to make up to 99 copies: $50.00
permission to make 100 plus copies: $75.00
If you purchase a copy of the instrument with the
permission to make copies, you will receive one bound version of
the instrument, and one unbound version for copying purposes.
