Lucia Gagliese
PhD
Dr. Lucia Gagliese completed a PhD in clinical psychology at McGill University and a postdoctoral fellowship in anaesthesia and pain management at the Toronto General Hospital, University Health Network. She currently holds appointments as an Associate Professor at York University and Senior Scientist in Palliative Care and Psychosocial Oncology at the Ontario Cancer Institute and University Health Network. Her research focuses on cancer pain and aging, in particular pain assessment and biopsychosocial factors important to pain onset, impact, and adaptation across age groups.
