Hance Clarke
MSc, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Hance Clarke is a staff anesthesiologist and the Medical Director of the Pain Research Unit at the Toronto General Hospital. He is actively engaged in research which examines perioperative interventions and the impact that these interventions have on functional recovery after surgery and on the development of persistent chronic post surgical pain. Other areas of his interest include, sleep/pain research, chronic pain research and research into the phenomics and genomics of chronic pain.
