NB: The showcase of 2008 Provost's Courseware Development Fund Projects will be available from 10:45am- 1:30pm
Register for the Innovative Teaching and Technology event and you'll be entered in a draw to win a “Videocasting Kit” . The kit includes a USB key, a USB camera for your laptop or desktop computer and a headset. This prize will allow you to personalize your course and engage your students in an academic content by adding short video casts to your Blackboard course site. Among other things, the kit can be used to introduce you to your students, create video clips to explain key concepts or set out learning objectives at the start of each week. RCAT staff would be happy to follow up with you to help you develop content for your videos. The draw will take place during the refreshment break, 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
Please note: you must be present to win.
