TRAINING
Details:
Training is available at our large (almost 10,000 square feet), modern laboratory in the Terrence Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research (CCBR) on the University of Toronto campus. The lab consists of well equipped cell biological, molecular biological and tissue culturing facilities with all of the necessary cell biology, molecular biology, tissue culture, histological, and microscopic equipment required for the proposed work.
It is here where our Technician, Manuel Alvarez, will give you a background of the cells and basic cell maintenence training. You will be proficient in cell:
- Manipulation
- Passaging
- Feeding
- Media Preparation
It is advisable to read our Standard Operating Procedures before training.
More advanced training is available based on need.
