All storage is in liquid nitrogen. An archiving system is utilized to record freeze-specific information for each vial that is stored, including:

  • Date
  • Cell Type
  • Passage Number
  • Stem Cell Market Analysis (Oct 4, SSEA 3/4, Tra-160)
  • Safety & Microbiology (mycoplasma, HIV, Hep B)
  • Developmental Potential (EB formation/ teratoma)
  • Karyotype

All cells from the Facility will be delivered with documentation of quality test results.

Production Time

The process includes an initial thaw & various sub-passages, projected to be 30-35 days for a full production run.
