Rates
& Fees:
Full day rental: $2500.00
(PLUS HST)
Half day rental: $1250.00 (PLUS
HST) (max. 4 hrs)
Mandatory AV Technicians: $50.00/
hour
Mandatory Front of House: $25.00/hour
Please note that these rates apply to
all external clients including non-profit
organizations, and a non-refundable deposit
of $500.00 is required at time of booking.
This rental fee includes not only the
room rental, but also:
- Private reception area with coat racks,
banner stands, leather sofas, telephone
and computer with internet access
- Private lounge with a fireplace and
leather sofas
- Flip chart and markers
- Set-up and clean-up of room
- Access to the facility prior to the
date upon request
- Access to Servery for caterers
- List of approved caterers
and equipment
rental providers
- List of suggested local restaurants,
flower
vendors, travel
agents and hotels
- Technical support for speakers on
day of event
- Accommodation of supply deliveries
