- For availability of the Vivian and
David Campbell Conference Facility,
please contact the Office of the Conference
Manager at (416) 946-8901.
- Please complete the Rental
Request Form (PDF) and return it
with your non-refundable deposit of
$500.00 to the Office of the Conference
Manager by mail, fax (416) 946-8915
or e-mail.
- Upon receipt of the rental request
form and deposit, the booking will be
made and a confirmation letter will
be sent.
- No tentative booking(s) will be made.
- Please note that a front of house
coordinator is required at all events
at a cost of $25.00/ hour.
- Please note that a technician is required
for all events at a cost of $50.00/hour.
- The balance of the payment will be
due within 30 days of your event.
- Two weeks prior to your event, please
ensure that:
1) Our technical advisor has been
made aware of all technical requirements
2) Catering is confirmed
3) Your agenda is provided to the
Munk School conference manager
4) Special orders for furniture have
been made
5) Number of attendees has been provided
to the Munk Centre conference manager
6) Name of event coordinator is confirmed
7) Room configuration is confirmed
8) Any special arrangements (banners,
flags etc) are confirmed
