Summary of Services

There are many services available to students of the University of Toronto. Different offices assume different responsibilities for different aspects of a students education. Below are lists of who does what. This list should help answer any questions a student might have in regards to where to go for help.

This is the focal point for information and counselling and you should consult your Registrar for help in choosing courses and if problems of an academic, financial or personal nature arise. The following services are offered by the Innis College Registrar's Office:

The following services are offered by the Office of the Faculty Registrar:

Official Transcripts - from transcript website (can request transcripts after 1978 on ROSI; before that, see website for paper request)
Current class locations (consult relevant online timetable)
Letters confirming eligibility to graduate/degree conferral (online)
Photocopies of final exams (see below)
Requests for clerical rechecks
Requests for reassessment of final marks
Faculty scholarship information (online)
Request Letter of Permission or Transfer Credit (online)

Photocopies of final examinations written at the St George campus may be purchased within 6 months of the time of writing them.

3. Academic Departments
The departments of the Faculty can give advice on their individual courses and programs.

Many departments also publish handbooks outlining this information in more detail than is possible in the Calendar. These are available from the departmental offices. Locations, names and telephone numbers of the departmental counsellors are listed above the program descriptions in Section 5 of the Calendar.
