Remember: for all information and advice on getting involved in extracurricular life at Innis College or beyond, tap into the Innis College Office of Student Life.
Student communities are vibrant, involved, fun and incredibly rewarding. There are all sorts of communities across campus, but many are connected to your Innis College home base.
Innis CollegeStudent Society (ICSS)
All Innis students and residence students belong to the ICSS which offers a range of educational, social, athletic and political activities. Social events at Innis — often planned jointly by staff and students — include Formals, Pub Nights and a host of other community celebrations. Contact the ICSS at 416.978.0840 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To stay connected throughout the year, and want to hear about all the social events & activities hosted by your Innis College Student Society (ICSS), you’ll need to "Like" their Facebook page too.

Innis Residence Council (IRC)
The Innis Residence Council represents residence students, organizes social events, and generally keeps the place running smoothly.
Innis has its own student newspaper entitled The Innis Herald — a punning title in honor of the college's namesake Harold Innis.
Free Friday Films (FFF)
FFF presents current films, classic European art films, and special "sneak previews" of major Hollywood releases on the big screen in Innis Town Hall (Most screenings are 35mm film presentations.) Free Friday Films are programmed by CINSSU and generously supported by the U of T Students' Union. CINSSU also programs special screenings on other nights in conjunction with the ICSS and the Cinema Studies Program.
All Innis students have access to the University's athletic facilities, both competitive and recreational. They may join a Varsity team or a College team. Innis has a wide variety of team sports for men and women, including hockey, basketball and squash.
Not enough? There's plenty more where this came from. Float through this list to find other UofT groups.
