Program Highlighted | Psychology
Intorduction by | Professor Bernard Schiff

Interview with | Carlos Roncero
Date | July 2001

Introduction | Undergraduate Director, Professor Bernard Schiff

Psychology at the University of Toronto is a Life Science. It is research oriented and has courses at all levels in the major areas of psychology including development, social, abnormal, personality, learning, cognitive, perception, physiological and neuropsychology. This is an excellent program for people interested in the science of human and animal behavior. We do not have courses in applied psychology or in humanistic psychology, however the programs we offer provide excellent background for graduate studies in all areas of psychology since good graduate programs in applied psychology (e.g.clinical and industrial) require a background in basic psychology and research skills.
