Software Support
The Licensed Software Office does not support any of the software packages it distributes. Support will come from:
- Another UofT department:
ARC/INFO, an integrated geographic information system
Department of Geography
UofT Map and Data Library - The vendor--either through documentation, phone-in, e-mail, or the vendor website. The vendor may charge a fee for such support.
Some packages, such as freeware, have no support at all.
Windows 32-bit or 64-bit?

If you continue to have issues accessing https://software.utoronto.ca and your IP address begins with 142.150.248 please email us so that we can investigate the issue with our hosting provider.
