Stephen & Stephanie Balogh Family Foundation Award
This award supports undergraduate student exchange or program related travel to Hungary on the basic of academic merit and financial need.
Husky Energy Hungarian Student Exchange Program
To support the travel and tuition costs of undergraduate and/or graduate students in the Hungarian Studies Program wishing to take advantage or exchange and/or study abroad opportunities. Academic merit and financial need will also be considered.
Dr. Zoltan Mester Scholarship
Student in Hungarian Studies on the basis of need and ability.
Rakoczi Prize in Hungarian
Student who obtains the highest standing in Hungarian courses.
Szechenyi Society Inc. Undergraduate Scholarships in Hungarian Studies
To be awarded to students in the Hungarian Studies Program on the basis of financial need and academic merit.
Karoly Szel Undergraduate Scholarship in Hungarian Studies
To be awarded to students in the Hungarian Studies Program on the basis of financial need and academic merit.

George Babits Fellowship in Hungarian Studies
Graduate student(s) in the Hungarian Studies Program at the Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (CERES), on the basis of academic merit.
Laszlo T. Duska Memorial Fellowship
Graduate student at the Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies whose research is focused in Hungarian Studies. Award will be made on the basis of academic merit.
To be awarded to graduate students participating in the University of Toronto-Central European University Graduate Student Exchange Program.
Application Procedure:
Each applicant is asked to write a letter of approximately one to two pages to the Coordinator of the Hungarian Studies Program indicating the nature and purpose of the research, exchange or language program along with details as to what other sources of support are being explored. All applications must include a comprehensive budget of proposed activities.
All applicants should also arrange for a letter of recommendation to be supplied by their academic supervisor.
Deadline for applications: February 1, 2012.
