Cost - The fee for massages is $35 for a half hour massage, and should be paid directly to the massage therapist. Receipts will be issued. Please consult your benefit plan for eligibility for reimbursement.
Description - With the client remaining fully clothed, the massage treatments are conducted in a quiet setting using a massage chair.
This service is provided in response to many requests for massage in the workplace and is available to all employees at the University of Toronto. This is an opportunity to take a few minutes out of your day to experience relaxation as well as to gain insight into stress management principles and the benefit of ongoing self-care. It requires minimum time and financial commitment!
