All across Highlands East citizens are concerned about dramatic increases in their recent property assessments.

If you have applied for a ‘Request for Reconsideration’ with MPAC and don’t have a satisfactory answer, you should be aware that March 31, 2004 is the deadline for filing an appeal with the ‘Assessment Review Board’.

Wardens from any community can hear people’s concerns and form a community W.A.T.C.H., or communities can form a Highlands East W.A.T.C.H., bringing all the information together. This way, Wardens interested in learning more about the issue can work together towards a common goal. Interested Wardens could make them selves known within their communities.
