Professor Reva Joshee is Chair,
Theory
and Policy Studies in Education at OISE/UT. Her course TPS 1029 Special
Topics in Educational Administration: Multicultural and Diversity
Politics in Comparative Perspective: Canada and the United States is
open to students in the Ethnic and Pluralism Studies collaborative
program. Professor Joshee uses the lens of eductaion for peace as
defined by Gandhian principles to work in areas of policy and diversity
in Canada and elsewhere. General interests include education for peace,
diversity, citizenship, and policy. Her research interests focus on
democratic approaches to policy and education, as well as diversity and
social justice policies in education.

Research in Eucational Administration in the Ethnic and Pluralism
Studies graduate collaborative program. He is co-director of the Centre for
Leadership and Diversity (CLD) at OISE/UT. Professor Ryan's
interests include all apsects of aborignal education, the
administration of schools with diverse ethnocultural student
populations, inclusive leadershp, philosophy and theory in educational
administration, research methods, social, critical and postmodern
theory, and various organizational approaches to schooling
