- I am currently carrying out academic and research duties in addition to clinical practice at the University of Toronto. This is being done both in the Faculty of Dentistry and at the Mount Sinai Hospital. My major area of research interest is in the area of bone metabolism. We are using in vitro model systems to address questions of bone cell function and differentiation. A second area of interest is clinically oriented and involves the study of TMJ dysfunction and Facial pain.
- Thursday Clinic rotation for Mount Sinai Hospital Interns, as well as graduate students to Mount Sinai Hospital ... Oral Pathology and/or Medically compromised periodontal disease patients (e.g. HIV-Periodontitis) (residents for academic year, graduate students for full year).
