All courses have a maximum and a minimum enrollment.
Courses are full when the maximum enrollment is reached.
Courses may be cancelled or re-scheduled if the minimum enrollment is not reached by the start date of the course.
There are no lectures when the University of Toronto is closed. (On Legal Holidays etc.)
