Historical Studies of East Asia Working Group

This is an interdisciplinary and interdepartmental working group made up U of T faculty, visiting professors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows who share interests in historical studies of East Asia. This working group is not limited to historians in a narrow sense, but to scholars and graduate students from any unit within the U of T who study about this region and its pasts. For us East Asia includes China, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asian diasporic populations in North America and the world.
