Program Manager

The Program Manager handles the day-to-day operation of the CPHS, answers questions about the program and application process, and provides administrative support to the Advisory and Review Committees.

Jyoti Phartiyal holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in health policy from York University. She brings over five years of experience in a research environment and continues to work on projects responding to policy issues related to women’s health and the environment. Jyoti has extensive knowledge in project management with a keen interest in effective knowledge translation/exchange through the research process. Through her academic and professional experiences, she has developed a passion for research related to health equity, environmental justice, the social determinants of health and, sex and gender based policy analysis. When not engaged in these issues, Jyoti enjoys an eclectic mix of music, just about any sport and the outdoors.
