Nominations
will be submitted via electronic form indicating
the name of the academic, administrative unit or student group, the URL,
which category and the current University of Toronto webmasters name and
email address. Sites can be nominated for only one "Best of" category.
Web sites
must meet the following criteria before a nomination submission will be
accepted.

Adherence
to UofT Web Guidelines http://www.utoronto.ca/webguide.htm
The site must have a link to the University of Toronto home page
at http://www.utoronto.ca.
The
site must be registered with the University of Toronto: WebSite
List at http://www.library.utoronto.ca/directory/uoftall.htm.
If
the site is not registered, a request for inclusion must be received
at the time of nomination. Register by sending email to new_web@library.utoronto.ca.
The
site must contain webmaster contact information (including an email
address) in a prominent location on each page
The
date on which the page was most recently revised must be displayed

Portability
Web sites must operate under both Windows and Macintosh environments
and be browser independent. That is, Web sites must work with browsers
currently supported by the Scotia Bank Information Commons. Web sites
should also work with a text based browser such as Lynx. |

Speed
The average download time (wait to first reaction/interaction) cannot
exceed 30 seconds as per "Bobby" requirements which returns download
