UofT Home Page		Recognizing that excellence in web design and usability requires considerable amount of feedback, iteration and time, the judging process will be conducted in three phases. Phase I. Web sites will be screened by the Proposal Committee against mandatory nomination criteria as outlined in the Nomination Process. Phase II. A panel of experts will judge web sites on technical, content and creative merits. Phase III. The top 10% of entries chosen by experts in Phase II will be submitted to members of the University of Toronto Web Masters Group for final vote. Meet the judges! [enter]
