A contest created to provide University of Toronto webmasters the opportunity to learn from each other's experiences in technique and imagination, to raise awareness for best practices and to recognize excellence in web design, development and usability. The contest will also serve to increase community awareness on campus and promote the use of the Web as a communications medium on campus.
