Cognitive Science @ University of Toronto

The University of Toronto is a leading teaching and research university in Canada. Established in 1827, it currently has more than 67,000 students, 11,000 faculty and staff and over 400,000 alumni. U of T's endowment exceeds $1.5 billion, a sum larger than that of any other Canadian university. It also has one of the largest university libraries in North America.

U of T has ranked first in the Maclean's rankings of Canadian medical-doctoral universities ten years in a row (as of 2004). It attracts many of the best students from Ontario and the rest of Canada, and has a growing number of international students.
