Career Counselling

University of Toronto Career Centre

The Career Centre offers a variety of services to meet the career planning and employment needs of graduate students pursuing academic and non-academic careers. Students pursuing academic careers are encouraged to register with the Graduate Dossier Service; a depository for confidential application material. Career counselors are available to meet with all students, one-on-one or in a workshop setting, to discuss career development and employment search plans including c.v. critiques. Additionally, the Career Centre has an extensive collection of academic and non-academic career and employment related information in the Career Resource Library -- the largest in Canada, a Resume Clinic, practice interview sessions and an online employment listing service. Tailored career development presentations can also be arranged and delivered at specific departments through our student outreach service. Website: www.careers.utoronto.ca/
