Accounts Receivable Customer Invoice Forms Available on the Web

The Financial Services Department would like to remind users that Customer Invoice Forms are available on the web. An Excel version of the Customer Invoice Form can be found in the Guide to Financial Management in Section 12-3 – External Sales and Expense Recoveries: Processing U of T Invoices. The web site address is

http://fast.finance.utoronto.ca/gtfm/12gfm/12-3.htm#100220.

On this page, click on invoice form and open up the excel file.

Complete your invoice form just as you would the standard form, and remember to send the original and a remittance copy to the customer, and make three other copies – one for your records and two for Accounts Receivable in the Financial Services Department for processing.
