There are two parts to the registration process. In the first part, delegates are required to contact the Kingbridge Centre to pay for the Conference registration fee and make the room reservations. In the second part, delegates need to submit via email the ‘Information Form’ and ‘Abstract’ to aaaplus@utoronto.ca

Please note that abstracts will only be accepted if the participants registered with the Kingbridge Centre.

Part 1. Registration with Kingbridge Centre
Please note: 4-day accommodation packages are no longer available as the Kingbridge Centre is sold out for several of the nights. If you would still like to attend, please contact Rob Reedijk (aaaplus@utoronto.ca) and it may be possible that a room could become available, or it is possible to stay elsewhere and travel daily to the meeting.

To register for the Conference and arrange your accommodations please download Registration Form
and fax it to the Kingbridge Centre at (905) 833-6507 [country code is 1].

You will be immediately charged $300 registration, $15 tax, and $50 cancellation fee for a total of $365 CAD. The cancellation fee is a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your accommodation costs.

Accommodations:
Pricing:
We have negotiated a group rate for our attendees. The cost for a 4-day stay for the Conference is $969.85 CAD double occupancy and $1360.60 CAD single occupancy. This includes all taxes, meals, free use of the recreation facilities, parking, and wireless internet service. If you need to stay extra days before or after the conference, please inform the Kingbridge Centre upon registration. The standard room charge is $189.00 per day single/double occupancy plus tax for any extra night, room only.

Sharing Rooms:
If you are booking a double occupancy room and you know with whom you are sharing your room, please notify us in the Information Form. If you need us to provide you with a roommate, please complete that part of the Information Form.

Note that you must stay at the Kingbridge Centre for the 4 days in order to attend this conference.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Each individual guest is subject to a strict cancellation policy and must agree to the following terms:

No refund of registration fee and no refund of accommodation costs
